Ingredients:
Dough:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Topping:
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional filling)
Instructions:
- Prepare Dough: Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave 45–60 sec. Stir smooth. Add egg, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix into dough. Chill 5 min if sticky.
- Shape Buns: Divide dough into 6 pieces, shape into rounds, slightly flatten. Optional: stuff with cream cheese. Place on baking tray.
- Top & Bake: Sprinkle cheese and jalapeños on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 min until golden.
- Serve: Cool 5 min, then enjoy warm.
