  • 2 large eggs, boiled 7–8 min (0 pts)
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (2 pts)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (1 pt)
  • 1 tsp Everything But the Bagel seasoning (0 pts)
  • 1 green onion, sliced (0 pts)
  • 1 tsp chili oil crunch (optional – 1 pt)
  • 4–5 cherry tomatoes, halved (0 pts)

Instructions:

  1. Boil eggs 7–8 minutes, then peel and halve.
  2. Place cottage cheese in a bowl as a base.
