Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 3–4 oz chicken breast strips, lightly breaded – 3 pts (air-fried)
  • 8 frozen French fries (air fryer) – 3 pts
  • 1 mini corn dog (or turkey corn dog bite) – 3 pts
  • Cooking spray – 0 pts
  • Optional: sugar-free ketchup or mustard – 0 pts

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spray basket lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Add chicken strips, French fries, and corn dog to the basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Plate and serve hot with your favorite zero-point dipping sauces.
