Ingredients

For the Breadsticks:

  • 1 pound light pizza dough (like store-bought thin crust or 2-ingredient dough*) – ~20 points for the batch
  • 2 tbsp light butter (melted) – 4 points
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced – 0 points
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped – 0 points
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat grated Parmesan – 3 points

For the Cheesy Topping:

  • 1 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella – 9 points

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Roll dough: Roll pizza dough into a 12×18 rectangle.
  3. Make garlic butter: Mix melted light butter with minced garlic. Brush over dough.
  4. Cheese layer: Sprinkle Parmesan, then mozzarella evenly.
  5. Slice & arrange: Cut into 12 sticks (or roll & slice, if preferred). Place on sheet.
  6. Bake: 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  7. Finish: Sprinkle with parsley. Serve warm.
