Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Make a well in the center, add almond milk, egg whites, and applesauce. Stir just until combined.
- Fold in diced apples.
