Ingredients (serves ~6):

  • 1 bag baked tortilla chips (about 6 oz) – 18 Points (3 per serving)

  • ½ lb shrimp (peeled & deveined, no oil added)0 Points
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (low-sodium) – 0 Points
  • 1 clove garlic, minced – 0 Points
  • Cooking spray instead of butter – 0 Points
  • 1 ½ cups reduced-fat shredded cheddar12 Points (2 per serving)
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro or green onion – 0 Points

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Beef:
    Brown lean ground beef in a skillet, add taco seasoning + splash of water. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  2. Cook the Shrimp:

  3. Assemble:
