Ingredients:
- 16 oz pretzels (mini twists or sticks) – ~40 Points total / ~4 Points per 1 oz serving
- 2 Tbsp light butter (melted) – 4 Points
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar (instead of ⅔ cup) – 7 Points
- 2 Tbsp sugar-free maple syrup – 0 Points
- 1 tsp garlic powder – 0 Points
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper – 0 Points
- ½ tsp black pepper – 0 Points
- ¼ cup dry roasted peanuts – 4 Points
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted light butter, brown sugar, sugar-free maple syrup, garlic powder, cayenne, and black pepper.
- Add pretzels and peanuts, tossing until well coated.
- Spread evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Let cool completely before serving.
