i made these zero point oat jam balls a couple of weeks ago with blueberries so decided to make them like raspberry jam thumbprint cookies. They turned out so good! You can of course leave the sweetener out if you’d like.
Ingredients
- Banana
- 1Â medium
- Egg
- 1 item s
- Baking soda
- ½ tsp s
- Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp s
- Quick cooking rolled oats
- ¾ cup s
- STEVIA IN THE RAW Zero-calorie natural sweetener
- ¼ cup s
- Smucker’s No sugar added raspberry jam
- 4 tbsp s
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls.
- Press down with your thumb in the middle of the ball and fill each one with a bit of jam
- Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes
