Ingredients

  • 1 whole bag Persian cucumbers (chopped) – 0 points
  • 4 oz light cream cheese (Neufchâtel or whipped) – 6 points total (≈ 1.5 per serving)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar – 0 points
  • 1 tsp sesame oil – 2 points total (≈ 0.5 per serving)
  • 2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce – 0 points
  • 1 tsp light mayo mixed with a few drops of sriracha – 0 points
  • Everything but the Bagel seasoning – 0 points
  • Optional protein: lump crab meat or smoked salmon, up to 4 oz – 0 points (if using real crab/salmon)

Instructions
