Ingredients:
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls (24 mini rolls – ~5 pts per roll, check your brand)
- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened (~9 pts)
- ¼–½ cup powdered sugar (sweeten to taste, ~6–12 pts depending on amount)
- 1 large egg (0 pts)
- Fruit spread/jam of choice (I used strawberry & banana – points vary by brand, ~1–2 pts per tsp)
- 2 tbsp melted light butter (~5 pts)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (~6 pts)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar to taste. Beat in the egg until smooth.
- Cut a small hole in the center of each Hawaiian roll to make a well.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar together. Brush over the tops and inside wells of each roll.
- Fill each well with the cream cheese mixture. Add a small spoon of fruit spread to every other roll (or all, if you want!).
- Place on a baking sheet and bake until the cream cheese center reaches a safe temperature and sets (about 15–18 minutes).
- Cool before serving – they taste even better once the cream cheese has firmed!
💚 WW Points: Will vary by serving and ingredient brands – with light cream cheese and sugar substitutes, you can bring these down to about 3–4 points each.
