What You’ll Need:

  • ½ cup oatmeal (points vary by brand)
  • Protein powder (just over half a serving for you, adjust to taste)
  • Water or almond milk (unsweetened is 0 points)

Instructions:

  1. Add oatmeal and protein powder to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Pour in enough water to cover (or almond milk if you prefer).
  3. Microwave for about 3 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly. If it’s too dry, stir in a little more water or almond milk until creamy.
  5. Enjoy warm and stay full until lunchtime!
