Ingredients

  • 1 ⁄3cup(Splenda Brown sugar blend 17 Points
  • 3 banana(0 Points
  • 1 ⁄3cup(unsweetened applesauce 0 Points
  • 1 cup(all-purpose flour 13 Points
  • 1 ⁄2cup(unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Points
  • 1 tsp baking soda 0 Points
  • 60 chip(Lily’s Dark chocolate premium baking chips 2 points
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 0 points
  • 5 sprays cooking spray 0 points

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray a regular size loaf pan with some cooking spray.
  2. Mash the three bananas in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl whisk your egg, brown sugar blend together. Mix in your mashed banana, apple sauce, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
  5. Measure out 60 chips. Leave 10 chocolate chips aside (for toppinand fold in your chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into your 11×6 loaf pan and sprinkle with remaining chips.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes.
