Tofu Scramble The Quintessential EGGLESS recipe – is Zero Points on Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 7 oz of extra firm tofu ½ a block 0 points
  • ½ teaspoon of minced garlic.
  • ¼ of chopped onion.
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric.
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of nutritional yeast 0 points
  • 5 sprays non fat cooking spray- 0 points
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

  1. ● Wash and chop your tomato and onions.
  2. ● Use your hands to break apart the tofu. Break apart to resemble scrambled eggs.
  3. ● Use a skillet to heat up your oil. The stove should be set to medium high heat.
  4. ● When oil is hot add the onion and saute until aromatic.
  5. ● Turn down the heat a little bit and add the garlic so it doesn’t burn. Saute.
  6. ● When aromatic add the tofu, turmeric, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. All of
  7. these can be adjusted to your liking.
  8. ● Scramble until well combined.
  9. ● Garnish with tomato, serve and enjoy.
