  • 3 oz reduced-fat shredded Colby Jack (or more cheddar) โ€“ 4 points
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained & chopped โ€“ 0 points
  • 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained โ€“ 0 points
  • 1 tsp Tabasco sauce โ€“ 0 points
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce โ€“ 0 points
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder โ€“ 0 points
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper โ€“ 0 points

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, light mayo, cheddar, and Colby Jack until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in roasted red peppers, pimientos, Tabasco, Worcestershire, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  4. Transfer to prepared dish and bake for 22โ€“24 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
