  • 4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese โ€” 4 pts
  • 8 slices turkey pepperoni (2 per roll-up) โ€” 1 pt
  • 1 tbsp sliced black olives (spread across all) โ€” 0 pts
  • Pickled jalapeรฑos โ€” 0 pts
  • Pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning โ€” 0 pts
  • Nonstick spray โ€” 0 pts

  1. Prep & Arrange:
    Lay parchment paper on a baking tray. Place your mozzarella slices spaced out evenly.
  2. Top It:
    Add diced turkey pepperoni, a few sliced olives, jalapeรฑos, and sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
  3. Bake:
    Bake at 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) for about 7 minutes or until edges get golden and bubbly.
  4. Roll โ€˜Em Up:
    Take them out, and while still hot, gently roll each slice using a spatula and butter knife.
  5. Final Crisp:
    Pop them under the broiler on high for 2โ€“3 minutes for extra crisp. Watch closely!
