Cheesy Bread – Light, Crunchy & Sooo Addictive!

Ingredients & WW Points:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (part-skim) – 4 pts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan – 3 pts
  • 1 egg – 0 pts
  • Garlic powder – 0 pts
  • Italian seasoning – 0 pts
  • Non-stick spray (Pam) – 0 pts

Total: ~7 WW Points for the whole tray
Cut into 4 portions → 1 piece ≈ 2 pts
(Optional: make thinner and slice into more pieces for lower points per bite!)


How to Make It:

  1. Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
  3. Spread the cheesy mix evenly (you can shape it like a rectangle or oval).
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes – edges should start to brown.
  5. For extra crisp: turn on broiler for 1 minute (watch closely!).
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy as cheesy breadsticks or even as a pizza base!
